i fully agree with your linguistic interpretation. still, in the final analysis, Xt)TY W(WYTY is not "i bent" but "i sinned". and (WNY KBD is "my transgression is big" not "my bend is heavy". so, these terms had come to mean something much more specialized than this generic sense you are mentioning. nir On Sun, 7 Oct 2012 15:52:54 -0400, Isaac Fried wrote > Appears to me that עוה AWAH is 'bend, deviate'.
