Hebrew is, indeed, a remarkable language. Turning an N into a G "turns" NAMAL into GAMAL.

Assunto: Re: [b-hebrew] Is it a mistake?
Excuse my insistence, but does doubling the last root consonant turn
a path into a snail?
not necessarily, but possibly. doubling can indeed do VERY
strange things to some words:
a doubling of PR = a bull makes a butterfly (PRPR).
CR = narrow/enemy into CRCR = cricket
QR = cold into QRQR = topple/ram down
$R = sings into $R$WR = intestinal worm
GR = lives into GYRGR = gurgled
X$ = feels into XW$X$ = kind of tree
etc etc
in our case, doubling of third letter:
ZYQ = flash becomes ZYQQ = distilled.
PRX = flower becomes PRXX = mischievous youngster.
XC = arrow becomes XCC = gravel/ground stone.
+P = babies becomes +PP = a woman's walk.
DWB = bear becomes DWBB = verbalize/ encourage somebody to speak.
BW$ = was ashamed/american president(s) becomes BW$$ = was late.
RYGN = another president becomes RYNN = sang.
G$ = come here becomes G$$ = tracking specialist.
GS = coarse/rude becomes GSS = was dying.
GP = leg, GWP = body, GYPP = hugged
i may be off in a couple of those...but i can think of many more.
... so, what exactly is your problem with $BLWL?
