Dear Randall,

in a post sent to the list last 13th April you said that verbs DIBER, speak,
KIPER, aton, and KIBES, wash, are used in the Tanakh only with segol -and
not tsere- in the second consonant.

I remark that DIBER and KIBES have tsere as well.
Look at Js 14:10 and at Gn 49:11 respectively.
