Probably not on the net, but I would recommend the following books:
• ישראל ייבין. מסורת הלשון העברית המשתקפת בניקוד הבבלי, ירושלים: האקדמיה

• Paul Kahle. Masoreten des Ostens. Leipzig: J.C. Hinrichs'sche
Buchhandlung, 1913.

Well, If are You looking for versions, then search for "מדינחאי ומערבעי".
Or see the book of Yeivin, chapter 48, pages 1163-1172 (second fascicle) :).

I know nothing about the net, but look for the following book in Your
library:

The Hebrew Bible - latter prophets: the Babylonian codex of Petrograd.
Hermann L. Strack (ed.).
