   Yes, Pere, I made this point in my last message.
But thanks for illustrating it with examples, in
both of which the 'he' indeed precedes gutturals.


  As for the Arab interrogative 'hal', as you know,
Petr, it stands alone and is never attached to the
following verb. Fortunately you did not ask me a
harder question...

(Yes, I'm talking about the fact that the arabic interrogative particle
is "hal", هل  ...)
