I have checked various English translations for the edible
insects mentioned in Leviticus 11:22.
The 'arbeh', 'salam', 'chargol' and 'chagav' are translated as
different species of locusts- red, yellow, spotted gray and white;
and the beetle, katydid, cricket and grasshoppers.
What are they actually in English?
Thanks.
