Dear Uzi,

Considering that Khazar is in Central Asia, then conceivably it would make
sense
that they were descendants of the Israelites who were exiled from the fall of
the Northern Kingdom in 722 BC (II Kings 18:11). Since it mentions Assyria and
Medea it would be a matter of time for them to migrate to Khazar. Would that
be
your take on it?
