Most of the laws between man and man are in the parsha "Kedoshim" -
Vayikra, chapters 19 - 20, specifically in answer to your question,
al this and much much more is derived from the verses in chapter 19:
verses 16, 17, 18 See especially the Chafetz Chaim, who has covered
these issues extensively, in many books, also see Rashi and Sefer
HaChinuch
