In Deuteronomy 12:5 and 12:11 it says G-d will put His name some place. How do biblical scholars explain this? Was this expression used by kings or rulers thousands of years ago or maybe in other ancient religions about their gods?
In Exodus 23:21 G-d's name is in the angel. I think that maybe His name means His presence in some way. Maybe the angel of His presence in Isaiah 63:9 is the angel that has His name or presence in it.
How do biblical scholars explain these quotes also?
