Although I am but an am ha'aretz, I agree with Elio that it is useful,
particularly in the discussion of the "Book of the Wars of Yaweh."

Karl and I have had some knock-down-drag-outs in the past, but in this case
I have to agree
with him: this work is speculative to an unacceptable degree, and really
doesn't solve
anything. I would not characterize it as either useful or agreeable.
