One electronic version of the Leningrad Codex (LC), the Westminster Leningrad Codex(WLC), is maintained by the Westminster Hebrew Institute. The WLC is a descendant of the Michigan-Claremont transcription and a source for many electronic and paper versions.

A transcription of the WLC to Unicode/XML is available on the web at:

http://www.cvkimball.com/Tanach/Tanach.xml .

It requires a modern browser, such as the free Firefox 1.5+ browser, and installation of the free SBL Hebrew font. Windows users may need to install an additional free module to obtain good rendering. See the "Installation" link in the upper right corner of the above page for details.
