I redirect messages from b-hebrew AT lists.ibiblio.org to my junk mail and then
view the messages online in the archives at
http://lists.ibiblio.org/pipermail/b-hebrew/

It's funny but ever since I did that the contents of my junk mail have always
been far more
interesting than my inbox which is usually full of p**** extension
invitations and other
such useful spam mail.

Dear friends,
I am subscribed to the list, but I can't find out how to read the messages. I
don't want to get them on my mail, but to be able to read on line. Could you
please help me.
With regards,
Tania Notarius

In that case, where did the long O sound come from? This would not be
inserted for purely phonetic reasons. It is surely derived from the W in
YHWH, perhaps via an intermediate form in which the W was consonantal
e.g. Yahweyaqim.
