Fellow subscribersHH: Ir's a Pual perfect form. There is a vowel above the Q.
I have a question concerning a verb form in Isaiah 61.3. The RSV translates the phrase
"they shall be called 'oaks of righteousness." However, there is no vowel point under
the 'Q' for "shall be called" and the consonents seem to indicate a qal perfect. Is
there an explanation for this form?
