Dear list-members,

I am looking for an article written some years ago where the phrase KH )MR
YHWH ("Thus says YHWH" or "Thus has YHWH said") was discussed. The argument
was that the phrase should be taken as present completed (perfect ) and not
as present. The article may have been written by a Dutch scholar. Can
anyone help me to find this article?

Best regards

Dear list-members,

Our University library is upgrading its Internet resources and would like to
add url's which are useful for students of Semitic languages. If your
university has a data base where students can search for information
regarding Semitic languages or you are aware of such data bases, please send
me an E-mail.

Best regards

You probably have one of Max Rogland's publications in mind, perhaps
his 'The Hebrew "epistolary perfect" revisited', Zeitschrift
für Althebraistik 13 (2000), pp. 194 - 200? (I don't have it here, so I
cannot check). Hope this helps,
