A text analysis tool for the Tanach is at:

http://users.ntplx.net/~kimball/Analyze/Analyze.html

The tool is a free Java application and applet that inputs books from the Westminister Leningrad Codex (WLC) at:

http://users.ntplx.net/~kimball/Tanach/Tanach.xml

A concordance of words (a tuple) and groups of words (n-tuples) is generated. For any specified word, all positions of that word can be found. Words can be defined with or without vowelization, and can be split at maqafs or morphological division markers. Text can be taken from either qere or ketib variants. Texts can be compared for words that occur in one text, but not another. A measure of the statistical difference between two texts is also available.

The tool is part of my studies and is fully supported.
