Hi Yigal, I think, it's the only example of the common word 'oteka that
both falls at pause and has final he. The final he makes the more common
pausal form 'otakh impossible. I suspect the combination of the two
circumstances causes the form. Of course, it could be simply a riddle in
honor of Purim! ;-)
