Does anyone know the motivation behind the change of spelling, seemingly
without comment, of the word (YR (city/stadt) in HALOT (1995) from hireq to
sere? Is it a typo? Every other Hebrew dictionary/lexicon that I can find
spells it with a hireq.
Its a typo, HALAT does have it with hireq.
