Pete,
I will spare you any raving on this topic. I have looked at all of the above
and no opinion to express on them. They are all adequate.
The text that I am still waiting to see (library has had it on order for a
long time) is the the new one by Alan P. Ross, Baker 2001.
From what I have heard about Alan P. Ross both from former students and from
professors who have used his class handouts, I would advise taking a look at
his book before making your choice.
