I've now come across two names found in Sam/Kgs, Hyram [xyrm] and Toi [t`y],
whose yod has ended up a waw in Chronicles, Huram [xwrm] and Tou [t`w].
1) Does anyone know of other examples?
2) An exchange of yod and waw is known from the era of the Dead Sea Scrolls.
Is there any better explanation for the differences here?
Thanks,
Ian
