It will not do everything you are looking for but you will want to look at
BibleWorks. http://www.bibleworks.com/ IMHO, it is the best Bible software
available today. You may also want to look at Gramcord.
http://www.gramcord.org/ I have not seen the most recent release of
Gramcord, but I hear it is pretty good. I also use Logos.
http://www.logos.com It is good, but I don't use it much for Hebrew because
BibleWorks is so much better for doing primary language work. Logos is more
of a digital library system and they have hundreds of books available in
their LLS format. I do not know if they have the Talmud or not. Logos will
be coming out with a whole new generation of its product very soon, but they
will not elaborate on what all is included in the re-design. We will have to
wait and see.

I hope this is helpful. As far as I know these are the best three Bible
software packages available.
