the most complete, including idioms and examples, is
abba bendavid's, leshon miqra ulshon Haxamim, 2 vol., 1967.
it's a "don't leave home without it" kind of book,
found on everyone's shelf who works with mishnaic hebrew.
after that, one would be recommended to read everyting that moshe bar asher
and yeHezqel kutscher have written or edited. again, mostly in hebrew, but
some stuff in english, french and german.
