One question is whether the heading are "historical" or not (whatever
that may mean).
A second question is what do the headings mean? I.e., the common heading,
e.g., Ps 69, L'DVD?
L'DVD could mean "by David" or "to David" or "a la David (in the style of
David)" or "after David" - prepositions are notoriously difficult to
translate in any case, and in this terse, isolated heading, could mean
almost anything.
