Put simply, the role of UX Consumer Intelligence Analyst is to inspire the product teams to build great user experiences.
The role: User Experience Consumer Intelligence Analyst
As a User Experience Consumer Intelligence Analyst, you are in charge of raising the user's voice in the product team that helps the team understand how the product is perceived by its consumers. You will increase Nokia's general responsiveness to user feedback and help build a better product by making the consumer a presence in the product team.
You will work in a small team that is the link between consumer feedback and the product teams. You will seek out new and creative ways of bringing the consumer into the center of the product team's attention.
As a UX Consumer Intelligence Analyst, you will be bridging the gap between existing user feedback data and the product teams. You will advocate user needs by:
- Collecting and consolidating user data and feedback from Internal and external user feedback sources:
- User research such as exploratory, field and usability studies
- Social media
- Customer satisfaction feedback
- Designing reports that are easily understandable and digestible and consider different needs of different target audiences:
- Product management
- User Experience Design
- Development
- Management
- Distributing and publishing those insights across products and teams, in order to create awareness for the "outside world".
