dvd+rw-tools installing btcflash

both dvd+rw-tools and cdrtools installs btcflash. Since dvd+rw-tools
depends on CD-BURN-UTILITY, and only cdrtools CD-BURN-UTILITY installs
btcflash, this conflict is specific to cdrtools.

btcflash is a standalone utility, and both implementation derives from
the one in the public domain with superficial changes, so installing
either one should be OK.

My solution is IMO the most desirable:
if one only needs cdrtools, he gets btcflash
if one needs a CD-BURN-UTILITY and dvd+rw-tools combination, he gets btcflash
no matter what CD-BURN-UTILITY he chooses (but he'll have cdrtools
implementation if he chooses cdrtools, otherwise he'll have dvd+rw-tools'
implementation)
if one no longer needs a CD-BURN-UTILITY, he probably no longer needs
dvd+rw-tools, so it is dispelled
if one wants to switch to another CD-BURN-UTILITY when he already cast
dvd+rw-tools, he get dvd+rw-tools dispelled as a reminder to recast (it's
better if I can somehow tell him to cast -c) it so no conflict of btcflash will
occur
