Search for core bin and libs linked to /usr:
ls -1 /bin/* /sbin/* /lib/* | (while read core;do ldd $core 2>/de
null;done)|grep usr|cut -f1 -d\(|sort|uniq -c|sort -rn
     12         libattr.so.1 => /usr/lib/libattr.so.1
      6         libacl.so.1 => /usr/lib/libacl.so.1
      5         libcap.so.2 => /usr/lib/libcap.so.2
      2         libz.so.1 => /usr/lib/libz.so.1
      2         libtdb.so.1 => /usr/lib/libtdb.so.1
      2         libtalloc.so.1 => /usr/lib/libtalloc.so.1
      2         libssl.so.0.9.8 => /usr/lib/libssl.so.0.9.8
      2         libldap-2.4.so.2 => /usr/lib/libldap-2.4.so.2
      2         liblber-2.4.so.2 => /usr/lib/liblber-2.4.so.2
      2         libgmp.so.3 => /usr/lib/libgmp.so.3
      2         libcrypto.so.0.9.8 => /usr/lib/libcrypto.so.0.9.8

Now checking these libs for /usr references:
ls -1 /bin/* /sbin/* /lib/* | (while read core;do ldd $core 2>/de
null;done)|grep usr|cut -f1 -d\(|sort|uniq -c|sort -rn | tr -s \  | cut -f5 -d
 | (while read core;do ldd $core 2>/dev/null;done)|grep usr|cut -f1 -d\(|sort|
iq -c|sort -rn
      2         libcrypto.so.0.9.8 => /usr/lib/libcrypto.so.0.9.8
      2         libattr.so.1 => /usr/lib/libattr.so.1
      1         libssl.so.0.9.8 => /usr/lib/libssl.so.0.9.8
      1         liblber-2.4.so.2 => /usr/lib/liblber-2.4.so.2
