Probably because when GCC compiles it does some of its own header cleanup. It
may have even happened if you recompiled GCC 4.3.2 with the sanitized 2.6.29
headers.

Denying for stable integration: Neither GCC 4.3.3 nor 2.6.29 headers are in
stable.

Marking FIXED as you've committed a fix. Will mark VERIFIED after I test on my
boxes.
