Yeah, dkowis said this one takes a while, but I let it sit for a few hours the
last time I tried it on a Athlon64 3200+ with 768MB RAM.

Last night I tried it again, and I kept getting a different error:

Using gcc version: 4.0.3
Installing in dir: /usr/src/PyQt-x11-gpl-3.16
pyqt    3.16
Error: Unable to build mkfeatures utility.
This is the GPL version of PyQt 3.16 (licensed under the GNU General Public
License) for Python 2.4.3 on linux2.

Type 'L' to view the license.
Type 'yes' to accept the terms of the license.
Type 'no' to decline the terms of the license.

Do you accept the terms of the license? qextscintillaglobal.h could not be found
in /usr/include/qt and so the qtext
module will not be built. If QScintilla is installed then use the -n argument
to explicitly specify the correct directory.
