My process has been to modify the spell, then build the spell into a chroot then
inspect the files it installs compared with a previous normal installation, then
grep for the existence of the chroot path in the installed files. A few spells
(ncurses, bzip2) seem to build the compile directory into some their binaries
which I cant really avoid, but this is harmless. Once I finish up on gzip and
glibc i'll submit those and do a full cast of basesystem into a chroot then test
with grep and chroot in and see if things work okay. I'll likely repeat the
process a few times to ensure that its deterministic.

Ive been testing on my x86 laptop (pentium4m). Im not sure what could be
different on other architectures since Im just changing variables in makefiles
and such, but you're welcome to test it out anyways since at some point it'll
have to be put to use on every architecture.
