[NAFEX] Pears are Early

Similarly, the squirrels have discovered my cornus mas this year. The first time it fruited, the critters left it alone. But I see a partially-chewed red-but-not-ripe fruit below the tree. So I guess this is another crop I will never harvest. 

Sigh.
