I enjoyed it very much. Not just the apples but the entire thing. This thinking is not a new idea to me, but apparently it is new to many people. I especially enjoyed the discussion of GMOs and monoculture practices.

Subject: [NAFEX] The Botany of Desire on PBS
"The Botany of Desire" program on PBS tonight had an extraordinary
first 30 minutes exclusively about apples, including apple's
utilization of humans to facilitate spreading geographically -- humans
are much more efficient at it than bears. Based on Michael Pollan's
book of the same name. Some of the most intelligent and enjoyable
discussion about apples I've ever seen on TV. Catch it if you can.

Zone 5 or so. 11 inches snow today and it's still coming.
