[NAFEX] availability of trees on large r/s

St. Lawrence Nursery,
Has a large catalog including many of those varieties, and everything  
they sell is on Antonovka, a hardy standard rootstock.  I've bought  
one apple and lots of shrubs from them, and been quite happy with it.
