[NAFEX] Attachments -- mercy on the narrowbanded

There are several free hosting services which would
allow you to upload pictures to be able to share
without having to know any code or anything for
setting up a webpage.  Then you can send the URL to
the list without sending the photo as an attachment to
everyone.  One that I like is: www.photobucket.com
