[NAFEX] NAFEX book?

Hi,

Not sure of the title.  It came out a few years ago.  I was plastic spiral  
bound, about 5"x8" in size, made to bring into the field and look at while  
grafting (it stayed open).  It had an introduction with archaic grafting  
images from the past.

I cannot remember the title.
