[NAFEX] apple questions - espallier distance

Hi Lee -

I did check out that chapter in a copy I borrowed from our local
library.  I liked the book so much that I ordered a copy for myself!
You answer a lot of questions that I have had for years and which are
not answered in the handful of other pruning books.
