[nafex] NY 428 apple variety

I tried growing NY 429 a few years ago.
Here on the Oregon coast it was too suscepible to Bulls Eye, which kept
girdling the brances and truck. The taste was alright but it was too much
trouble to keep alive
Empire is a better tasteing apple but is also bullseye prone. Not as bad as NY
429 though so I still have a couple of Empires.
