[Market-farming] Cover oats etc

I used to buy (horse) feed oats for cover crops, but switched to organic
oats after noticing canola plants sprouting in the feed oat fields. I
suspect the canola is GMO, and they set seed very quickly. After a season
of wading through fields pulling canola, I decided the organic oats were
worth the price. I don't want to be growing GMOs, and I bet my neighboring
seed growers don't want GMOs either.
