I'm successfully using an 32GB iPad w ATT. ATT connection if for the back side of the farm where wifi connection isn't strong enough.
To protect it I use an Otterbox which protects from dust, dirt and moisture. Did I mention drops? Clumsy fingers have dropped it numerous times.

I’m guessing that computers don’t like dirty, high temp, high humidity environments but thought I’d ask what experiences you all have had using a computer in the field or hoop house. Perhaps a tablet would be more reliable? Any experiences you all would care to share would be much appreciated.
