[Market-farming] Starting Onions in ground

I've never had problems with the onions (other than weed control) and  
am also growing organically.

Do you have good air flow through the fields? I'm up on a hill; slope  
on the farm itself isn't large, but it is enough to generally keep a  
bit of air moving.
