[Market-farming] Garlic concentrate for Asparagus beetles

I also have a question about Garlic Barrier. I have a gallon jug from 
about 3 yrs ago that I never used, it got stashed away in a storage 
cupboard and forgotten about. Do you find that it doesn't work after 
this amount of time, or is it still good?
