>From what I have seen at our once a month winter market so far, people are not batting an eyelash at paying fair prices for produce.  We have not lowered our prices from last summer at all.  That said, some things probably should command a higher price in the winter, given that they require more effort in the cold months.

I think more people will have gardens, if they can and I agree with Richard,
that seedlings will probably sell very well this year. I have been wondering
also how this year will be and wondering if I will have to lower my prices,
which I don't want to do, I will see how the first few markets are. As hard
as I work, I deserve good prices, as we all do.  
And thank goodness for bartering!
