[Market-farming] epsom salts

Our soils are already way too high in Magnesium. We have to be concerned
with getting enouch calcium on our tomatos and peppers for two reasons, to
prevent blossom end rot and to try to balance the CA-Mg ratio. Putting
epsom salts on our tomatos doesn't make sense.
