[Market-farming] Buckwheat re-growth?

Steve - Isn't one of the charms of buckwheat cover that it's easy to 
kill? In my experience, it only comes back from the seeds it may have 
dropped...which takes a little longer.

Anywone know anything about 'buckwheat lettuce'?
