[Market-farming] Hard soil inside the High tunnels

Another thing to consider is the possible build-up of salts because there is
no rainfall to leach them down.  To help with this, in the year we are
scheduled to replace plastic, we try to remove it in early summer, and
replace it in early fall, allowing summer rains on the high tunnel beds.
