[Market-farming] tomatillos and a 'worm'

It might be tomato fruitworm, also known as corn earworm. You might try
standard Bt sprays. They might work but it'll depend on the feeding habit of
the larvae after it hatches. It may go right into the husk, which would
prevent the spray from reaching it.
