We tried that little device from Johnny's for a season, then used a
small hand held vibrating device for another season, and for the past
three years we have used a vacuum seeder-the pac choi plate works
for kale also. We also have a plate to see lettuce. They both work
very well. We seed about 5500 cells per week with these seeders-takes
about two hours with two people working.
