[Market-farming] bread racks

I agree on the bread racks, have two.  Extremely useful for opening and
closing our fruit stand.  Put all the made-up quarts of
cherries/berries/peaches and baskets of cukes and peppers etc. on it and
away to the walk-in.  Saves tons of time and energy.
