We use all hired help and we work in the mornings only with the employee's.  
We ourselves are used to the heat after a few days of it and it really 
doesn't bother us but I won't ask a worker to work when it gets very much 
over 90.  Somethings we actually prefer to do after sunset for better 
quallity product.
