[freetds] dblib test t002 hanging when run against SQL Server 2008r2 SP2 ?

I think there is no point in doing it.
The server reply is really common. Language query (simplest one), no
parameters, no prepared, no RPC. Protocol is quite simple, no strange
headers, no MARS. Reply is simple too. ROWFMT, ROWs, DONE, ROWFMT,
ROWs, DONE(final). The dblib buffer is not at the end. The TDS packet
was entirely read (so even if server disconnect there are no
problems). Could be some AppVeyor timeout? Try to disable collations
"test" (this was not actually supposed to be a test) which is quite
slow and executed before this test.
