[freetds] One failing unit test (iconv_read) on git master on OS X

At the end I got it !!

$ ./iconv_fread
res 0 out_len 1024
out 1024 bytes expected 4077

I had to remove the --enable-extra-checks option (I don't understand
the reason but I'll fix it!)
