[freetds] configure --with-odbc-nodm problem...

Then the help text describing this configure option is wrong:

./configure --help

   --with-odbc-nodm=DIR    build odbc without driver manager (headers in DIR)
                                                             ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
